STETRAG is a quality leader in tanker shipping.
The Operational area of our fleet covers the whole of Europe. Our ships sail on the major waterways of the Rhine, the Main, the Main-Danube Canal and the Danube, from the North Sea to the Black Sea.
We also operate:

  • on all navigable tributaries (Neckar, Mosel, Save, Drau) and canals within the operational area of the Rhine, Main and Danube
  • in the coastal area of the ARA ports (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp).

We also specialise in what is known as intercommunication, during which a transport operation covers a number of different waterways / river systems (for example from Rhine, Main, Main-Danube Canal to the Danube). Different technical requirements, nautical features and statutory requirements demand optimum flexibility, know-how and “specially trained” crew in all areas of tanker shipping.
